Is there a minimum order amount before I can make an online purchase?

A minimum purchase of SGD $100 is required.


What if I do not meet the minimum order?

You can place orders below $100 via WhatsApp (9382 7761). A delivery fee of $12 will be incurred for deliveries.


How do I make payment?

A deposit of $50 is required upon cart check-out.

For credit card users, the $50 deposit will be collected upon check-out.
For paynow/paylah users, proof of the $50 deposit will be requested (UEN: 201543933EGRE) when we contact you for confirmation.

The remaining balance should be paid via paynow/paylah or cash.


What payment options do you accept online?

Only credit cards and paynow/paylah are accepted when paying for the deposit. The balance remainder is to be paid with cash or paynow/paylah.


Why do you charge me an estimate?

Due to the nature of some of our meats and products, we can only determine the final amount of your bill after we have prepared your order.


How is my order confirmed?

After check-out, an confirmation email regarding your order will be sent to you. This will include details about your order and your order number. If you do not receive this, please check your SPAM folder. If it’s also not in your spam folder, please contact us at sales@meatmen.sg to check your order.

For people whom checked out with the paynow/paylah option, proof of the $50 deposit will be requested to confirm your order.

Only orders with an order number will be processed so please make sure you received the confirmation email.


Are there any restrictions on holiday orders?

If there are any changes on our delivery schedule, there will be an update on our website and social media platforms. But due to the sudden influx of orders during holidays, we might impose restrictions.


Can I collect my order?

You may order for self collection via WhatsApp (9382 7761).


Does the website ever close or shut down for maintenance like certain sites?

The website runs 24/7. However, there may be instances that it may be down for maintenance. If an incident occurs, please feel free to contact us through our phone +65 6532 9706, send us a message on WhatsApp 9832 7761 or simply notify us on social media.


When do I get my order?

Your items will be delivered within 1-4 working days after you receive your order confirmation. Not including Sundays and Public holidays. You will receive your final bill and the timing on the day of the delivery.


I forgot to add one more item on my order, can I amend it by giving you a call?

Yes. Please give us a call within 24 hours after placing your order at +65 6532 9706 and note your order number. However, to minimize mistakes, we will only amend your order once.


I have an issue on my order, can I have it replaced or refunded?

Yes. As long as you have a valid reason for requesting a return or refund. Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

  • There needs to be a valid reason for the return of goods.
  • Return of goods must be authorized by the respective sales personnel or sales administrator.

Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can only be returned during delivery. However, due to Circuit Breaker rules and to exercise safe distancing, you may choose to have your items left at your door, therefore, we’ll allow the return of items as long as request has been made within 24 hours of delivery and that the reason for return is valid.

Returned goods must:

  • be in its original packaging,
  • retain its original label,
  • be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled/frozen), and
  • do not exhibit signs of abuse or adulteration.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. As long as we have not prepared your order, you can still cancel. Please give us a call at +65 6532 9706 and note your order number.
